All our coaches are internationally accredited experts in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™, Matrix Therapies and Hypnotherapy. They have undergone intensive training in various success coaching systems and are constantly developing their skills with ongoing training sessions.

Alice Haemmerle is the Managing Director of A Perfect Mind. She is a classically trained singer and has Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. She has studied and worked in the USA and Europe and has lived and worked in Australia since 1996. Alice is an internationally certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy™, Matrix Therapies and Hypnotherapy and a Master Success and Peak Performance Coach who is helping businesses and individuals to break through barriers and achieve their best. For many years Alice has been coaching Olympians such as Shelley Oates-Wilding, Julian Prosser and the gold medalist Kerri Pottharst and working closely with Australia’s top athletes has given her unique insights into what going beyond boundaries, holding up under pressure and exceeding what you previously thought possible really means. Alice is regularly invited as a keynote speaker by industry associations and large corporations and always receives the highest praise for her ability to draw the audience in and enrich their lives.

Thomas Haemmerle is the Operations Director of A Perfect Mind. He is an an internationally certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™, Matrix Therapies and Hypnotherapy. He has previously been consulting in the IT industry as a systems analyst and solutions architect for 15 years. Thomas is responsible for the development of new training and coaching programs and helps executive and business clients to become the best leaders they can be.
